Course Description
The Bachelor in Radiology and Imaging Technology (BRIT) is a three-year undergraduate paramedical program that focuses on the study of medical imaging and diagnostic procedures used to detect, monitor, and treat various diseases. This course equips students with in-depth knowledge of X-ray, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound, and other advanced imaging techniques, along with training in patient care and radiation safety.
During the program, students learn the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, radiation physics, radiographic positioning, image processing, and equipment maintenance. They also receive professional training in maintaining patient safety, following ethical standards, and managing radiation exposure in compliance with medical guidelines.
